Well, now I finally have something to make a post about! I'm glad to announce, (to my total of 0 readers) that I'll be making a flash for the Christmas Contest. It's my first real animation with extended character animation and even a little dialogue. I'm shooting for the somewhat nostalgic feelings of those old Christmas specials (such How the Grinch Stole Christmas), but I'm not sure how well I'll put it off.

I've lined up a great voice actor for my narrator, and I've got the intro/menus coded, and have started background art. I don't expect to win anything in the contest, but it'd be nice, and either way, it's the best way to learn. I'll be making periodical updates to keep myself motivated.
